Hi all, just found this wonderful free site to help with my journey for a healthier me. Jobless so had to give up the fees. Anyways hoping to achieve around 65kg for 160cm - I know the BMI says thats too high but of course the BMI doesn't factor in age and kids lol. So 2kg gone and 5 to go - not much and I have been there before just got to keep the head in the right place. Started originally on 84kg and so not going back.:wink:

  • Ummm 71kg...... have decided that the 1200 is too low even though is promising 1kg loss a week it is just not happening as I feel like I am starving all the time so upped the cals to 1450 for a slower loss rate. This should no WILL WORK as I will not feel so hungrey that I binge. So off we go again ......... aiming for .5kg a week! If I had done this in the first place I would have been at my goal weight already lol.....:embarassed:
