Hi there,
I'm kinda new here. I used to use MFP over a year ago when I was visiting a dietician (lost 9kg then), but my budget said 'no-more' and even though I tried to stay with healthy eating, it got worse and worse. During winter I got back on quite a lot of pasta, pizza (home made, but still) and generally not so healthy food. I hit 83.8kg in July and got really irritated with myself.
I did a short juice fast and was astonished with the results (dropped around 5kg) - I enjoy juices and I guess I wanted to prove some things to myself. After that I decided to do something more about my weight - used other apps for a while but then remembered this one and I'm here, though using only the web part of it - my mobile doesn't like the size of the app.
My dream is to reach 58kg some day, but every lost kg makes me smile![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I set MFP to 1200 kcal as in general I don't feel hungry when I eat only that much, but there are days that I would eat an elephant if it was made of raisins and white chocolate

I hit a plateau I think, 'cause I can't get below 78kg right now, but I feel better now that with additional 6kg, so it is a progress anyways. I'm looking for advice, support and friends, as I think most of us here do![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
