Do you think a goal of 14lbs in 6 weeks is a realistic goal? And what are your short term and long term goals

Depends on your starting weight.
Second it's recommended to lose between 1-2lbs a week. So 12lbs in 6 weeks is a bit more realistically.
I have lost 11 lbs in 11 weeks. Slow and steady wins the race. i have also focused on toning and not just weight loss. IT's been hard since I didn't really have that much to lose. It goes faster when you have more.0 -
1-2 lbs a week is a healthy, long lasting weight loss. You dont say how much you want to lose.0

Long term I want to lose about 55lbs. I just want to get to a healthy weight so I can then work on toning and muscle building.
I'm wheelchair bound and use to be able to walk short distances on crutches but Iv Put on a crazy amount of weight in 4 years. Iv been to my doctor and he has told me I can lose weight healthily on 1000 calories or less because of how over weight I am and short I am. Iv been trying to exercise but can do very little. X0
