Hello everyone. Thought I'd introduce myself here. My name's Chris. I'm 30. Bit of a weird situation for me, as I'm technically healthy, but due to having had an addiction to working out (apparently so, I had no idea!), I have to drop weight and tone down muscle. Already got my nutrition planned out, but this site seems the perfect way to keep track, so I thought I'd join.
Must admit, I'm slightly disappointed that strength training doesn't count as calories burned on here. Bit silly, but never mind.
