Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - not over much on calories - maybe 100. My sodium intake has been high the past couple of days... the scale definitely confirms it :grumble: :explode:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the gym, drank a lot of H2O and went grocery shopping and bought lots of fruits and veggies.

What would I have done differently? Watch my sodium, workout on the Ellipitical an extra 10 minutes, and not eat the 2 mini 3 muskateer bars... darn Halloween candy. :noway:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make better food choices.

Ugh... my workouts have been great but my food choices are terrible... Today is a new day :happy:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made good choices for breakfast and lunch

    What would I have done differently? not snacked while making dinner, and then eating dinner too

    What is today's personal goals? It's my 19th Wedding Anniversary! :happy:
    But I'm not giving up my usual Tuesday night at the Y workout (we'll go out to dinner another night), I already used my anniversary as an excuse to have a muffin for breakfast ... so I need to make better food choices the rest of the day.
