I am 45 I live in TN I am a southern cook and love to cook fresh yummy food for my family. My goal is to lose 42 pounds and 4 dress sizes by JUNE.

    how did you get on? any results :)

    i hope by september comes i have lose about 3 pounds. i am going away with my boyfriend and his family and i just want to look and feel good about myself, also my back fat, is really starting to get me down so i am doing more workouts than ever.
