Hi
Soo basically I need some help getting my body out of 154. For some reason I can gain weight ( such as on vacation and over indulging) come back eat clean and workout lose weight fast but once I get to 154 nothing moves. I even make sur to burn off 3500 in a week at the gym with my HRM. I really am looking to transform my body, and I have already put in so much hard work and effort, that I don't want to quit.
Any trainers on here with some advice? I'd love to be able to drop pounds and one day have the possibility to compete in a figure competition.
