I have used this site several times before. Most of the time when I start a weight loss journey I get unmotivated and go back to eating anything and everything. This time is different, My husband and I are doing a lifestyle change. Eating cleaner, less processed foods and exercising. We feel great and don't feel deprived. I will never do a fad diet again! I am at a plateau right now so I have to increase my exercise. I will not give up because this is not a diet....feeling better is worth it. We do have cheat days and the last one I noticed how bad physically I felt after. I consider that a good thing that my body wants the healthy stuff! I was on the road to diabetes and I want to be around for my 2 girls, ages 8 and 4 1/2.
