exercising with an injured calf muscle

Since I work in an office, I wear heals ALOT. Thus, my calf muscles are shortened. I stretch everyday when I hit the gym, but this last few days, I am in a lot of pain. I quit the crosstrainer treadmill for the past 3 workouts and opted for the eliptical. Today, it hurt too bad for that. I did my 30 minute core values class which worked abs and back and 7 mintues of warmup on the eliptical. My worry is tomorrow when I do not have the option of having my CV class to go to. Any suggestions?
