65 Days, can it be done?

So I'm getting married in 65 days. While I do a lot of cardio, and it has certainly helped me lose weight, I haven't done much strength/weight training. My wedding gown is strapless and my overall shape looks damn good in it, if I may say so myself. However, I'd really like to buff up my arms and ditch that little pouch of "armpit fat" (I know you know what I'm talking about, ladies!). Is it possible to accomplish these goals in 65 days? Anyone done so in that short amount of time?

While I am a male so it may not count for much since we build mass faster..I think it is.

65 days to work out a specific muscle group is very doable. Typically 30 days you can take small amounts of fat and tone them down....you have twice that timespan.

I would recommend grabbing a trainer for 1 day at your local gym and explaining the situation and having them show you 3-4 excersises for that muscle group and doing those every other day or so while decreasing your cardio time. Cardio will work against muscle toneing so while doing weights you want to cardio 1-2 days a week. (by all means, warm up with cardio for 10-15 minutes, but dont do 1-2 hours of cardio or it will kill all your muscle work)
