of course you can do it! u might wanna try mustard on ur sandwich to give it some taste. it's ok, it is low cal. 1 packet is like 5 cals.

    YOU CAN DO THIS!

You can totally do it! When I first started off on my diet, I felt like I was starving the first few days. But now, I'll come to the end of the day with 200 calories to burn (thank God for drinks!)

Just make sure you add some variety to your meals. There's no sticking to a boring diet. Like nolachick said, mustard is low calorie, and it has a lot of flavor. It makes a boring sandwich yummy.

I also have the occassional binge day, where I allow myself those little things that I can't usually eat now (lots of curry  ).

    Good luck! You'll do great.
  • YES YOU CAN!!

Your diet sounds a lot like mine! I have a packet of Weight Control oatmeal for bfast, then a Light & Fit yogurt, then a turkey sandwich on wheat with 100 cal doritios (I have to have SOMETHING to look forward to right?...lol)...then I have an apple and baby carrots for a snack...

Just remember...this is just a few months of the YEARS you have left to live!!!

Totally feel free to put mustard on your sandwich. I was startled to discover how low-cal it is. Haha. When I go to Subway, I only get mustard on my subs. :-) It's a tasty compromise. 'Sides, who can eat a dry sandwich? You'd need to wash it down with water (which you should drink with it, anyway!).
