How do you guys record it in your exercise diary? I want to get a HRM but I haven't found the perfect one yet. Any suggestions would be great.

    There's a website p90xcalories.com that comes close to what you're burning, but over-estimates. I use a POLAR FT4 Heart Rate monitor for all my workouts. It was $90 at ****'s Sporting Goods and works great!
