Recent college grad, newlywed early 20's

I gained about 50 lbs over my 4 years in college, mostly those last 2 years ick. I lost 11 lbs on my own in the last 3 months but I decided to start counting my calories in and out. I used to be an athlete, I played soccer all through high school and for the women's team in college until 2010. I never learned to eat healthy because I ran everything off!! Lol so it's time to get back in shape and not only look healthy again, but be healthy :)
