Losing weight 2nd time around

Hi everyone,

I am currently at my heaviest weight ever so have decided it is finally time to take my head out of the sand. I know I can do it as I have previously done so but my biggest fear is remaining motivated throughout the nearly 70lbs goal. Would love top tips for staying within calorie goal and cooking ideas. I'm not a fan of cooking so the quicker and easier the better. That is probably part of my problem as after losing the weight last time, I went back to eating a lot of processed easy foods including meals for 1.
I've joined a gym and started attending classes to get my fitness levels back up so enjoying the social side of things. Would love to speak to some more encouraging people with a similar goal. :smile:
