I am posting this again, since the first time I posted was after midnight last night and nobody replied :( ha ha ha

I have been using this app on my phone and LOVE it! I found I needed/wanted a little extra support. I am here looking to compare workout routines and recipes with both women and men that are into staying healthy and enjoying life!

I workout 6 days a week and am currently eating mostly plant based foods. I do not eat any red meats or much dairy, although I do eat eggs. I am a mother of two children and like to LIVE life and have fun! I want to tone up a little bit...maybe see what my body looks like at 125 again. I am more concerned with staying healthy and active than anything else!
