Guess time to say hi

I have been a member for quite awhile, but have only been using the system the last month or so. I was getting close to my weight goal, and the pounds were dropping very slowly. I decided to count calories and track calories burned, and it has really helped.

Last July '11, I peaked at 210.5. That was really an eye opener when those numbers came up on the scale!

I was always the skinny guy growing up. 5'10" and about 135-140 thru my 20's. Then it all changed, lol

I did no fat diets, low fat diets, all fat diets with Adkins, Nutrisystems, and lost weight on all, but gained it all back.

Last July, I just started adjusting my diet. No eating at night was my number one goal. Kept Ice cream and cookies out of the house, and generally watched what I ate. I lost about 30 pounds by April '12.
Weight loss stalled after that, and I knew it was time to exercise.
I started Power 90 in May. Power 90 is the original BeachBody program. Think P90X light, :) 6 days a week, alternating between Cardio and Light weights/pushups. They is a level one and level two of each program.
Today is/was Day 83 of 90. I have lost another 26.5 since starting for a total of 56.5 pounds.

I am 3.5 pounds away from my goal, for a total of 60 pounds lost and will weigh around 150. :)
I am the lightest I have been on close to 30 years, and in better shape than I have ever been!

If I can do this, anyone can!!
