I use chicken breast, frozen veggie mix and a sauce of soy sauce with crushed garlic, crushed ginger and red pepper flakes. Saute the veggies and chicken in a small amount of seasame oil.0

I use chicken breast (1/2 lb servings), frozen veggie stir fry mix, and la choy duck sauce or plum sauce. Saute chicken in the oil of your choice, add veggies, cook through, and coat with the sauce. Serve over rice, or enjoy as is. It's like candy for me!
La Choy crunchy chow mein noodles aren't too bad, calorie wise, with it either. Only 130 cals in 1/2 cup, and that's quite a bit of noodles, actually.
The whole meal, without rice or chow mein crunchy noodles, is less than 600 cals, and very filling.
We are having it for dinner tonight0
