    I've tried the Pure Health brand and has lost seven pounds since last Tuesday. This week I am going to include excerise. Good Luck!

    I'm just barely seeing these replys! Very late! haha but thank you I started consistently taking them on Monday along with healthy eating and working out 4-5 days a week. Thank you!
