    Are you eating because you are hungry - or are you craving a particular thing?

    If you are hungry, go for something protein packed - like greek yogurt.

    For me - it's usually a craving. I use 100 calorie packs. If it's sweet (and/or chocolate) then I have a package of Oreo cookie crisp or a square of dark chocolate (Ghiradelli has them wrapped individually). If it's salty, then I make some popcorn.

    If I don't have the calories to spare ... I typically make a cup of decaf Chai (with milk and honey) for less than 50 calories.

    Its not cravings, its just hunger! My stomach feels empty and wants to eat! I like the tea idea, I will definitely do that!

    I really like:
    -Cottage Cheese
    -Bag of Cereal
    -Yogurt
    -Popcorn
    -Banana
    -Tea
    -Wasa Light and Crisp
    -Boiled Egg
    Im alergic to nuts so no almonds/nuts for me :(
    I usually have milk but lately thats not keeping my stomach quiet!

    try sugar free jello adding in your favorite fruit like strawberries, peaches
    pop plain popcorn afterwards add parmesan cheese, italian seasonings, onion powder etc..good fiber
    also it fulls you up with no guilt.
    I also like my homemade chocolate milk:
    use sugar free chocolate syrup+8 oz. of skim milk or 1% or 2%+1 packet of stevia or splenda add in and stir
