Top Tip for Curvy Ladies!

Hello,
This is one for my bosomy MFP sisters! Have been a bit concerned about how weight loss will affect my bust, so have done some research. Along with taking your time with weight loss (1-1.5 lbs p.w.) one pretty good tip seems to be wearing a bra while sleeping(?!). Couldn't quite see myself doing this, but did get myself a couple of nice soft crop tops which give support and are still super comfortable.
Also MOISTURISE, moisturise, MOISTURISE, and no hot water on the skin of that area...
Any other tips very welcome please
