I mix just a bit of low sodium soy sauce, olive oil, and vinegar. I decided to do that one day when I noticed my regular salad dressing had expired and have been using it since. I also mix in just a bit of parmesan cheese to give it some texture.

I like wishbone vinagretes on salads for just a little bit of flavor. A little bit of fat is not bad as long as you do not over do it. If you want to control the amount of sodium and ingredients (and if you have the time) you can make your own that way you get it just right for your tastes.

Walden Farms has a variety of dressings. Most are 0 calorie and vary from 230 to 270 mg salt for 2 TBS. I really like the Asian dressing.

I'm now addicted to Kraft - Sundried Tomato Vin. made with olive oil. I eat this often with fat free feta and a chopped, hard-boiled egg. Delicious!

I love Newman's Own Parmesan & Roasted Garlic, but I like that lack of "zing".
