Hello all, I've trained for various competitions and found that myfitnesspal, so long as you actually use it, is the best compliment to my training routine. I've recommended this program to all that I know and I promise you, they come back telling my they've lost 4,5 and 6 pounds in a week. We don't know how much we consume unless it's being tracked so why not-if our goal is to be in the best shape possible.

Amen, I completely agree! It's freaking awesome, and sch an eye opener. Looking back I see that I use to switch off way under eating with way over eating. I didn't have a clue how much I was actually consuming.. Now I do and have lost 7 pounds!
