I am currently reading Chris Powell (trainer for the Extreme Weightloss Makeover show) book called Choose to Lose. I plan on starting his exercise routine next week and following his carb cycling. Just wondering if there is anyone else out there that is also following his plan? Love to meet you if you are.

I'm not actually following his plan per se but I do carb cycle. I do high, medium, low days.

In a nutshell, you cycle your intake of carbs across the week with high, low, and medium days. You meet the same weekly goal as if you weren't cycling though. The distribution of your carb intake differs through the week.

Carb cycling is alternating Low carb days and High carb days. I don't know the precise plan.0
