injured ankle

Hi All!
I've been doing so good these past couple months...a great high intensity work out and healthy eats. I have weak ankles and I am used to rolling them during work outs. These usually give me no problems I just continue to ice and stretch them after my workouts. But I've recently rolled my ankle in heels (three times) and I need help to find alternate exercises and strengthening exercises. I don’t think that my ankle will sustain the high impact and I don’t want to risk a more intense injury.
What have you all done to keep going?
