maxitone sculptress and food

Hello!
Was just wondering if you could all give me a bit of advice... I have been slowly introducing sculptress protein shakes into my diet and trying to be less naughty on the food front....I just wanted a bit of advice if i'm having too much or not enough etc.
At the moment exercise wise i do....Zumba on a monday night and bootcamp (hard!) on Tuesday and thursday, as well as being on my feet most of the day and walking the dog etc.
My food at the moment...or what i'm trying to get it to be is...
Sculptress tablet, multi vitamin and omega 3 pills in the morning. Along with breakfast (eggs or cereal)
Then a sculptress shake mid morning.
Lunch - of a salady variety. and another sculptress tablet.
Scupltress bar in the afternoon.
Dinner - and another sculptress tablet.
and on Monday, tuesday and thursday I have another shake straight after workout for recovery.
Is this too much? not enough? I went off the advice of my bootcamp trainer and the maxitone website.
I so far feel ok - more energetic etc - but sometimes I feel a bit jittery if I dont drink enough water with it all currently drink around 1.5 letres a day although trying to push that to more.
Any advice would be great as all i want to do is boost metabolism and get rid of some of this bloody weight!

If the sculptress tablets contain caffeine, you may want to take 1-2 instead of 3 a day. I'm taking the thermobol tablets from the lean definition line, and the full 3 tablets a day make me jittery. One in the morning, and one in the early afternoon. As for the shakes and bars, how much you eat and drink is entirely up to what you and your trainer think is best.0

My advice is to remove the caffeine pills and shake and just eat real food and exercise. If you have trouble meeting protein goals with real food, get a better protein powder.0
