Suggest Macros Setting Please

Can anyone please help me with my macro figures?

Right now I think my carbs are a little high and my protein is low. I almost always go over my current recommended protein limit.

I do CrossFit 3 times a week.

I'm set to maintain right now at 5'9" 140 pounds. I eat about 1800 calories (I breastfeed).

My fitness goal is to tone up and put a bit of muscle on and work on cardio.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

    Doesn't Crossfit have a recommendation on its site or materials?

    40% Carbs/ 30% Protein/ 30% Fats seems to be the general "alternative" recommendation for those doing a strength program.

    So 40/30/30

    25-35% protein is enough for most. 25 fat (esp if breast feeding) rest carbs or trade more fat for less carbs.

    150g of protein or 600 cals is about 33% of your current intake.
