I have a question for mothers out there that have been working out... Here is my situation. I had my son 9 months ago. I strictly breast fed him until 8 - 8 and a half months. TOM visited me in May which was normal, June was normal, July was not as normal as usual but I thought it was because I started doing DS30. I finished that and started doing Insanity well TOM has not visited yet this month. He usually is right on. Just wondering if any other mom has experienced this. I kind of stressing but really do not want to go get a pregnancy because I really do not think it is possible that I am pregnant. Any input would be appreciated. Have a great day everyone!

Since it's only your second cycle, it could just be your body getting back to normal. It can take up to a year for you to get back on track. That's in terms of timing/flow/cramping... Hormones are still getting back to normal.0

Also, increased exercise can delay your cycle.0
