Going Plant-Based To Get Over the Hump

Anyone else have the same experience? Almost all of us will hit platues at various points on our jounrey. For me, the hump was always that "final 10lbs". You try everything: Cutting back on the few remaining guilty-pleasures; cranking up the intensity of the workouts; blaming everyone and anyone. But I made the leap about a year ago to a plant-based diet and can't imagine ever looking back! I have always been reasonably fit but never had the body to match the effort. But this has literally been a god send. I am not sure how to explain the difference other than a general, noticeable "lightness" and consistency of energy; never too high or too low.
Not nearly as hard or unenjoyable as it sounds and SO worth the results. Anyone else have any success with it?
Thank you,
Ted
