So....today is the first day of the rest of my healthy life, at least I hope so.
My sister bought me brand new pair tennis shoes yesterday. It's funny to think how such a small thing can really inspire you. I ran a mile last night on my treadmill (of course I had to find it underneath the clothes that were stacked on top of it) and it felt great!
Now I want to be able to overcome my battle with food. So..I've decided to go public and get some help. I read that taking photos of your food will work better than journaling so I figure if I actually post the pics of what I'm eating that would work even better! So I've started taking pics and emailing them to a few people. I'm excited about using the my fitness pal website to log in my food and track my calories. It's calculated that if I want to reach my goal weight (150lbs) then I have to intake 1320 calories a day and work out 4 times a week for 30 min. Seems easy enough, but I know the truth is much more harder than it sounds!
