protin

I can't seem to get enough calories in one day and I go way over in protin, carbs and sometimes fat. What do I do to get enough calories and not go over in protin?

Don't worry about going over your protein goals. MFP has them set way low by default anyway. Some extra protein isn't going to hurt you in any way unless taken to ridiculous extremes.

MFP has a pretty low protein goal (about 15% of your diet) so I go over that every single day. Don't worry so much about going over on protein and macros (atleast for now) until you get used to consistently hitting your calorie goal.

    Best of luck!

If you are under in calories but over in protein, carbs, and fat, something is wrong with the database entries.

LOL - I was thinking the same thing as I read it. If you're over on all your macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein) and under your calories, there's a math error somewhere!
