Hi guys,
My name is Anna. I am currently doing a personal training course and would love to use what I have learnt and am learning to help as many people as I can.
I decided to do this course after helping some friends and friends of friends lose weight and tone up over the last year. It all started when a friend of mine turned to me for help after putting on about 30kgs in about 5 years which had really affected her life. Anyway if you'd like details or would like to email her contact me....so far she's 20kgs down....Not going to bore you with all the details, like I said message me if you want them.
Anyway, like I said I would love to help you too if you would like my help....I am NOT qualified yet as a trainer but I do know my stuff and this is about me learning about you and your experiences and using what I know to help you continue your weight loss journey.
So if you could do with someone to keep you going, make sure you're logging in, watching over your food and exercise, offering support on a bad day or giving you a gentle push in the right direction when you slip, please send me a message I would love to help!

I would love the support. I signed up several months ago and did okay for a while and then now I am right back where I started. I just cant seem to do this alone. I was just getting ready to put a message asking for support when I saw your note. I have about 60 lbs. to lose - any help/advise/support, etc. that you can give me would be great.0
