I am sooo happy as long as my scale isn't playing tricks on me today. I started my workout program last Monday and as of today I am down eight pounds. It is more than I was planning on but I shall take it. I don't see it maybe because I think my scale is wrong but others say they can see a change. Either way I am motivated. I just got done with a five mile cardio walk away the pounds workout. It was a 75 min. workout and it was over 9K in steps and its just after ten a.m. A great start to my day.
