Sirloin steaks, at least 93% lean ground beef or turkey, chicken breasts, eggs and egg beaters, tilapia and salmon (usually buy vacupacked frozen), lowfat Milk, greek yogurt, pork loins, veggies (fresh, frozen, canned), spinach, lowfat/calorie salad dressing, berries, apples, bananas, peanut butter, whole nuts, casein and whey powders, lowfat cheese, salsa, canned beans, fish oil and flaxseed oil capsules, canned tuna, and extra virgin olive oil.

This is my general list for my diet when I call myself "eating healthy".

Do most of your shopping in the outer circle of the store! The aisles have nothing but preserved foods and empty calories :-)

Chicken, tuna, unsweet almond milk, greek yogurt, brocolli, salad stuff, avocado, EVOO, spinach, berries... YES! Stay on the perimeter of the store! That's where all the "clean" food is! (BUT avoid the bakery!!! haha)

I buy most things in individual packages. It's not as cheap as a value pack but it helps with portion control
    greek yogurt
flavored sparkling water (in place of sugary drinks)
    veggies
hot sauce (i put on everything, dresses up sandwiches, veggies, etc without adding cals like mayo)
    fresh fruits
    eggs
    vacuum packed chicken breasts, steaks
    100 cal packs of popcorn
