I love this recipe: http://cilantropist.blogspot.ca/2011/06/curried-green-lentil-soup.html and it is super fast and simple (use less oil though)...

... and like others said, if you like spices dahl soup is so good, healthy and easy, and cheap:)

I had some left over lentils recently and made these wonderful lettuce wraps by adding some corn, tomatoes, green onion, curry and some siracha mayo on romaine lettuce leaves...yummy!
