It can be very difficult to maintain healthy eating and exercise habits when you're working 8-5, caring for three kids and more...
I'm a mother of two - I've always been fairly muscular and fit but I gain atleast 50 lbs every pregnancy. I've lost 41 lbs so far which is great! I workout in the living room where I can see my kids or their photos for further inspiration. I want to be able to run with my children without getting out of breath and I also want to finally wear a bathing suit so I aim to mostly reduce body fat percentage
