There are many ways to change your caloric intake. I'm not sure if you want to decrease them or increase them, but I am going to assume you want to decrease them. Some evident ways to decrease your caloric intake is to lessen your sugar intake. Most foods that have artificial sugar have high calorie counts. Another way to decrease your calorie intake is to do away with drinks such as sodas and juice. You will find a lot of the things we drink contain a high amount of calories, and the average person does not drink the recommended serving size which in many cases is 8oz. Although it can be very tedious, write down the amount of calories you consume and the serving size. I hope this helps.0

Thank-you, but I;m looking for how you change your daily goals for caloric intake. Like if you have 1800 per day how would you change it to 1500?0

Click on "My Home" and choose "Goals" at the top of the tab. At the bottom choose "Change Goals" and use custom rather than guided.0
