Need to keep on Track

Hi Everyone:

This is the second time I have been on here and I am back again! I noticed that I keep yo yoing and well I thought this would be a good idea to keep track of what I am actually putting into my mouth to what I am actually burning!

My first entry back and I already have eaten to much protein for the day! I am back and going strong!! This is a life long journey and a lifestyle change for me. I have a lot of weight to lose and this time I hope to keep on track!
