Bodybyvi any thoughts?

I've been trying Bodybyvi (Visalus) since the end of May. It seems to be helping with the inches and has spurred me on to watch my calorie intake, but I'm concerned about the Soy.

Does anyone on here have any suggestions, thoughts or ideas on the product or the use of soy? I'd appreciate any input on whether or not I continue to use this (as it seems to be causing me some gastrointestinal issues) :blushing: or just go on calorie counting.
