Becel Butter Spray

Is it really ZERO Calories? I find that hard to believe considering one of the ingredients is Soy Bean Oil. It says that it's zero calories for 5 sprays but what if you use more? Is it still zero calories? I find the labeling misleading. Anyone know how many calories are really in these buttery sprays? Because I doubt anyone really only uses five sprays...

Hello Pattywantstoloseweight, wow that is a long name  I have never tried the spray butter then again I don't eat butter, but I totally agree with you funny on the recommendations or portion size then they want you to believe there are no calories, it does not give. I for one can't see how anything a spray unless water sprayed into your mouth would be no calories wouldn't it be even worse much more finer. That's just my own opinion. Good Day.0

I think anything under 5 calories can be labeled as 0 calories. So, if you use more than 5 sprays, then yes it is calories. How many, I have NO idea.0
