Hi everyone!

So, I'm 18 years old young woman from Finland. I've been struggling with over weight all my life. Now I've decided to lose about 44 lbs. I'm now about. 5 feet and 3 inches and 167.5 lbs. I don't want to be just on diet I want to change my whole life to healthier. I wanna feel healthier and lighter. I want to be able to use bikinis on beach and be not ashamed of my body.

I've tried to lose weight many times. I hope this time I success. :)

And I'm so sorry if I spelled something wrong, I don't speak English as my native language. And in Finland we use cm and kg instead of lbs and inches, so I used translator. I hope I got them right.
