Cardio...how many days a week?

I love to exercise with weights, but not so in love with cardio!! I only have 5-10 more lbs that I want to lose/ exchange for muscle :wink: . What's the minimum amount of time I should be spending on cardio?

    Minimum for what? My minimum with doing heavy squats deadlifts power cleans etc is zero. OK so really I will do 2 times per week 15 min or so at about 3mph, but the cardio in volved in heavy lifting is arguably enough for general health. As far as weight loss it is a substitute for eating less, nothing more. It is not a magic bullet.
