Whole30 and Kids?

I'm reading about the Whole30 program and am very willing to give it a try. I've tried just about everything else over the years so why not? In the book there are testimonials about kids having various ailments and benefiting from the program. I have a teenager - who is still growing by leaps and bounds, and a three year old. I'm concerned about removing the dairy and calcium from their diets. I know they both eat waaaayyy too many carbs so I'm ok with that. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Whole30 (or paleo diet) and kids.
Thanks!
Thanks!
