1st day to a healthier me.

Today is my first day to a new healthier, more fit me. I have a long ways to go before i get to my goal weight, here it goes. All the success stories on here are great motivation, plus having a close friend and a coworker that losing weight is inspiring.

    That's right....it is all about YOU! Not what other people think about you. Take care of yourself....and believe me...when you notice your clothes getting looser, you will feel absolutely fricking GREAT! :bigsmile:

    You can do it! :) Everyone started at "day 1" at some point and no one lost a crap ton of weight overnight, its all about small changes to that healthier you! Feel free to add me if you'd like :) Take care and good luck!

    I'm starting out for the first day here. I feel way too self conscious about myself, and I need to change that. Losing weight is the only way to get there. I hope this helps program helps me.
