hi live in the Clearwater/Tampa area of Florida. I am trying to loose weight for my health an looks. I have lost 60lbs on my own so far but that has taken me almost a year. I still have another 100 to go. When I got sick an could not work anymore the weigh just piled on,now I am paying for it, woke up one day an said "Dam girl you got fat". Funny how you don't want to notice it. I just turned 60 an want to live another few years so the weight has to go. Any one who wants to talk or needs a buddy that would be great.:flowerforyou:
