Cranberry Spritzer

This is a nice refreshing drink to have on a hot summer day. Be creative and try different flavors of juice for this recipe!

Prep time: 1 minute

Ingredients:
• 3 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
• 7 oz. diet lemon lime soda
• ice cubes

Utensils:
• measuring cup
• cup

Directions:
1. Fill glass with ice cubes.
2. Add juice and diet soda.
3. Mix well.

Serves: 1

Serving size: 10 oz. liquid

Try this recipe with different flavors of juice. Be sure to pay attention to the amount of carbohydrates in the different juices you may use. (The soda doesn't contain any carbohydrates.) Garnish with a lemon, lime, or orange slice.

    Wow, this sounds good! I imagine, though, that the calorie count would change depending on what juice you're using.

    I make something similar. I used diet cranberry cocktail juice,selzer with lime then add fresh squeezed lime. Refreshing on a hot day.
