30 Day Shred

So i wanna do the 30 day shred but when i try to log it says no results. What should i put in? Thanks

    I log it as circut training for 20 minutes as well.

    Unless you have a HRM, use circuit training :smile:

    I am trying to help and you're going to be a smarta**? Seriously? If you do it for 25, then obviously you log it for 25. :grumble: But the workouts are for 20 minutes so that's generally what people do.

    The youtube video I use says 27 minutes, so I always log 27 minutes.

    I always log 20 minutes because it's 3 circuits of 6 minutes each plus the 2 minute warm up.
