Sugarfree Challenge

Hi all,

I'm doing a 4 week sugar-free challenge if anyone wants to join me.

I don't mind what rules you play by - I'm aiming for no cane sugar (so no chocolate!) but I'm allowed to use Natvia sugar alternative and have a couple of pieces of fruit a week.

You can see all my meal plans etc on my page. I'll be combining this with two Body Pump classes and one Aerobics class per week, plus I walk to and from work at a fast pace about 25 mins each way.
