So, I have been on and off of myfitnesspal. But this is currently the longest I have stuck with it. I am logging my food everyday. I am logging my exercises everyday. I have joined a couple of groups and am posting in them weekly if not daily. So, I wanted to take the time and really introduce myself to the boards. I really haven't decided on my ultimate goal weight but I think I will know once I get closer. Right now I am just losing weight and hoping to get to a better place. I have currently lost about 9 lbs since I started back to myfitnesspal. However, I am 35 lbs down from the heaviest I have ever been. I would love to make some new friends on this site to give and receive encouragement.
