Bingo wings

Hey guys,
I've been trying really hard to tone my arms a bit and get rid of these bingo wings I've managed to get. I've been doing bicep curls and tricep extensions on the gym machines, but I still have them! Any suggestions? So far I've been doing 20lbs, 10 reps and 3 sets for both. I just upped it to 35 pounds yesterday, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not.
I've got 50 pounds to lose, and I want to tone my arms because they are showing a lot more often than my gut.

Unfortunately, there's no such thing as "spot reducing". What you're dealing with is excessive fat over the muscles. Keep at it and eventually it will come off, but no exercise will specifically target fat in any one particular area of the body. Keep lifting heavy and getting those muscles strong and you'll have impressive arms when the fat goes away!
