Definitely mesomorph. I tend to look pretty muscular but if I'm not careful those extra pounds can creep on and then I just look stocky.0

I'm definitely an ectomorph.
Good to read the tips about doing less on the cardio and having more rest between sets strength training. And, I'd always heard that it was bad to eat right before bed, but I can't sleep if my stomach isn't full... apparently ectomorphs have more of a need to eat before sleep! I guess I'm doing myself a favor after all0 -
